This closed cell spray foam job added up to 300% structural strength while the air/vapor barrier will fix the unwanted ice dams the correct way.
Crawl Space
Another crawl space in the books covering up exposed Styrofoam to get proper R- value, as well as achieving proper Air/vapor barrier. Also exposed Spray foam needs a 15 minute intumescent coating by code.
